Meersburg is the gem of Lake Constance. Situated just above the lakeside, it offers marvellous views!
The old Townhouses, the Fortress, the New Castle, the marvellous Thermal Spa with an impressive Sauna, Mainau Island - all this and a lot more is waiting to be discovered. Museums, Art Exhibitions and concerts of all kind offer a great deal of amusement.
A home from home - with six different types o holiday flats available, we do our utmost to ensure you feel comfortable and to make your stay as memorable as possible. As they are situated close to the Old Town centre, you can reach the shops and sites of interest in short walking distance. The nearest bakery , for example, with its delicious rye bread, is only a two-minute walk down the street
If you come by car there is a car park in front of the house. If you come by train we will pick you up at Uhldingen-Muehlhofen station. There is also the possibility to go via Constance (Konstanz) station and use the ferry (or boats) to cross over to Meersburg. But you could also fly here! Friedrichshafen Airport is a daily destination from many German and international airports.
The Flats
One Studio and several flats with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms are available. With 3 and 4 stars (out of 5) they offer all the comfort a home for the holidays should provide. All kitchens are fully equipped (stove, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), some also with a microwave-oven. Only the studio has a kitchenette. All living rooms have a very comfortable sofa-bed, dining area, Sat-TV (incl. CNN and MTV). Lan-Internet access in living and bedroom (please bring your own cable). Several have also a hi-fi system and DVD-player. A washing machine and tumble-drier are available as well (coin operated). In 2009 we installed a modern wood pellets heatingsystem with solar powered warmwater preparation.
All flats are non-smoking areas, smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace. We regret that no pets are allowed
Our daughters, Sarah (13) and Julia (10) will invite your children to visit them in their tree-house in the small outdoor play area - come and join them!
In the bathrooms you´ll find either a shower or a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer and towels.
On your arrival, each flat is provided with basic items such as washing-up liquid and cloth, some coffee filter papers, toilet paper and binbags. If you need other items or food at your arrival, please let us know and we will gladly get them in for you. Beside other shops we have two supermarkets in Meersburg (Lidl and Norma) with opening hours from Monday - Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Flat "1" + "3" are in the in the one part of the building. "White entrance"

Studio (2nd floor & attic, spiral staircase) approx. 34,7sq.yds. Living room with 2 comfortable fold-down twin beds, kitchenette. In the attic : Bath/WC (no shower). South facing balcony . This studio is not suitable for disabled persons because of the small staircase.

Holiday Flat Type "2" ground floor or first floor

Holiday flat Type "4" ground floor or first floor
3-bedroom flat, approx. 119,6 sq.yds. Living / dining room, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with TV and kitchenette. Kitchen with extra microwave oven, bath/WC + shower/WC. Ground floor: South facing terrace. First floor: Radio/CD-Set, DVD-player, south facing balcony offering views toward the Old Town and lake

Holiday Flat Type "6" and "6a" ground floor or first floor
1-bedroom flat, approx. 57,4 sq.yds. Living / dining room and kitchenarea, bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bath/WC. Ground floor: small south facing terrace or first floor: south facing balcony offering views towards the Old Town and the lake
EUR 56.- to 70.- per night for 2 pers.
All flats offer extra bedding (exept the studio).

Prices include: linen, towels, heating (end of sept. - april), satellite TV, final cleaning and one parking space per flat. With the reservation there is a down payment required . Sorry, but no Credit cards or cheques accepted. We regret that no pets are allowed.
For all guests there is a Meersburg municipal tax of EUR 1.-/night/person over 16 years.
